Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Faith Tech Labs Pvt. Ltd. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Overview

Faith Tech Labs Pvt. Ltd. provides courier services specifically for books. We ensure safe and timely delivery, from pick-up to drop-off, as per the instructions provided by the customer.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our online platform or authorized booking channels.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, or any other method specified on our website.
Any additional fees for express delivery, oversized packages, or special handling will be communicated at the time of booking and added to the total cost.

3. Shipping

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days of successful order confirmation.
Standard delivery across India takes 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
Shipment tracking details will be shared with customers after dispatch, where applicable.

4. Pick-up and Delivery

Customers must provide accurate and complete pick-up and delivery addresses, along with the recipient's contact information.
The customer is responsible for ensuring someone is available to accept the delivery. If the recipient is unavailable, Faith Tech Labs Pvt. Ltd. will attempt to redeliver or return the package to the sender, and additional fees may apply.
Delivery timelines provided at the time of booking are estimates, and we are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Package Handling and Liability

We accept books for shipment in proper packaging to prevent damage during transit. Customers are responsible for securely packaging their books.
Faith Tech Labs Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for damage to poorly packaged books or packages that are improperly sealed.
Insurance for books during transit is optional but recommended. If you choose to insure your package, coverage will be be provided up to the declared value. Without insurance, our liability is limited to Rs. 100 in the event of loss or damage.

6. Restricted Items

We do not ship hazardous materials, perishable goods, or prohibited items as per local or international shipping regulations.
Any illegal or dangerous materials found in the shipment may be reported to the authorities, and the sender may face penalties.

7. Loss, Damage, or Delay

In the event of a lost, damaged, or delayed shipment, Faith Tech Labs Pvt. Ltd. will investigate the matter. Claims must be filed within 2 days of the delivery date.
Compensation for lost or damaged shipments will be limited to the insurance coverage selected by the customer or the maximum liability specified in these Terms.
Faith Tech Labs Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or other external factors beyond our control.

8. Return and Refund Policy

Faith Tech Labs Pvt. Ltd. offers a free trial period that allows users to evaluate our services before making a purchase. By clicking "Start Trial," you consent to automatic billing of the applicable subscription fee when the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires.
Due to the digital nature of our products and services and the availability of a free trial, all purchases and subscription payments are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds except where required by applicable law.
In the event of an incorrect charge or technical error attributable to Faith Tech Labs Pvt. Ltd., users must contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. Verified errors will be investigated and resolved accordingly.
If Faith Tech Labs Pvt. Ltd. approves a refund, it will be processed within 3 working days. The refunded amount will be credited to the customer's original payment method within 5–7 working days, subject to the processing timelines of the respective bank or payment service provider.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring the books shipped comply with all legal requirements, including copyright laws, where applicable.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees associated with international shipments are the responsibility of the sender or recipient.

10. Termination of Services

Faith Tech Labs Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse service or terminate any shipment that violates these Terms or applicable laws. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

11. Amendments to Terms

Faith Tech Labs Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
